So what does the Chaplain Assistance Program look like on a daily or weekly basis?
The Chaplain will provide:
24 hours per day / 7 days per week / 365 days per year availability in case of an emergency, crisis, or other need;
Weekly visits to worksite in order to build relationships with employees, to offer a brief word of encouragement, and to support the values and mission of the company.
The Chaplain will provide care in the following areas:
Offering psychological and spiritual first aid to employees (and family members) who are injured on the job, experience a life-threatening situation at work, or who need to receive death notifications or other difficult news at work
